Common Issues

Forgotten Password or Compromised Account

Follow the steps below if you have forgotten your JartexNetwork account password

• I have an email linked to my account
  • Type /resetpassword on the login page to reset your account password without needing to request it.
• I do not have an email linked to my account
  • Create a password reset request HERE and wait patiently until it gets reviewed.
  • Keep in mind that it may take some time and might not be handled instantly.

If you are banned for the Compromised Account reason, make a password reset request to get it resolved.

Rule Breakers or Cheaters

If you have come across rule-breakers, cheaters or exploiters on any of our platforms, submit a report against them HERE. Make sure you have captured valid evidence against them, or the report will result in a denial.

Appealing a Punishment

Looking to appeal your punishment? Create a punishment appeal HERE. Keep in mind that you can not appeal a temporary ban or mute unless you believe the punishment is false.

Blocked by ANTI-VPN

This occurs when connecting using a VPN. Turn your VPN off and reconnect to the server. If the issue persists without a VPN, or you would like to request a VPN whitelist, fill out the form HERE

Join using Username, not USERNAME

This issue occurs when the username you are trying to connect with is already registered on the Network by another player. Therefore, you may find a different username to register on the server.

Unfortunately, there will not be a resolution for this if you have this name registered on your premium account. JartexNetwork is a cracked server, and therefore, players may already have registered with the username you have on premium. You can use a cracked account with a different username to register your account.

Reaching the Staff Team

Support tickets are the preferred way to contact the staff team for assistance. Rather than messaging staff members privately, create a ticket so your request is properly tracked. This ensures your issue is logged in our system, reviewed by the appropriate staff member, and less likely to be overlooked.
