How to Request a Password Reset

Forgot your password or can't log in? Don't worry, you can recover your account in one of two ways, depending on whether you've linked an email to your account.

How to Reset Password

Method 1: Reset with Your Linked Email

If you have previously linked an email using /email, you can reset your password without contacting staff.

• Join the server and run /resetpassword command.
• A password reset email will be sent to your linked email address.
• Enter your new password and confirm it.
• Click Change Password to save your new password.
• Return to the server and log in using your new password.

If you didn't receive an email after a few minutes, check your spam or junk folders as it may be filtered there.

Method 2: Request a Password Reset on Forums

If you don't have an email linked to your account, or no longer have access to it, you'll need to submit a password reset request HERE. To keep privacy, only a staff member with Sr.Mod or higher rank will review it.

To verify ownership, you may be asked to provide information such as:

• Previous IP addresses used to connect.
• Tebex purchase receipts or transaction IDs.
• Previous passwords, linked email addresses, or your approximate account creation date.

Important Information

For security reasons, passwords are only reset after we've verified that you own the account. If you're unable to provide enough information to confirm ownership, we won't be able to reset your password. Once you've regained access, we recommend linking an email using /email <your-email> so you can reset your password instantly if you ever lose access again.
