If you have encountered a player breaking our server rules, you may report them HERE. Make sure that you understand the basic rules & principles of reporting a player beforehand. This article covers information you need to know!

Gathering Evidence & Reporting

Once you have confirmed the rule violation, the next step is to gather valid evidence against the rule breaker.
Some terms apply to evidence requirements based on the nature of the report.

  • For chat-related offenses (e.g, General Rudeness and Flooding) you may provide a screenshot as evidence.
  • For game-related offenses (e.g, Cheating and Exploiting) you must provide a video recording as evidence.
The evidence must be on point with the subject of the report, and therefore must have the following:
  • Shows the rule breaker's name
  • Rule violation should be captured clearly
  • The evidence should not be cropped or edited
  • Quality of evidence should be balanced for the staff members to review and determine judgement.

Reporting a Cheater

If you've encountered a cheater and/or hacker, record a longer clip of their cheating. In many cases, short clips against cheaters may not provide enough reason to form a judgement. Longer clips on the other hand, allow us to track every movement of the reported player and form a decision with ease.

Additionally, provide us with timestamps in your video where you believe the cheating was most blatant.

Report Quickly

Once the evidence is captured, submit the report as soon as possible. However keep the following in mind:
  • Reporting with evidence older than 7 days is not admissible and will be denied instantly.
  • Refrain from submitting reports to staff members in DM's, some time they can go unnoticed.
  • Be patient, some cases may not be handled quickly, as they can require internal discussion. However, submitting a report means it has been logged into our system, and it'll be handled sooner or later.

How to Capture & Upload your evidence

There are several methods you can use to capture evidence - however use the one that best fits you.

To capture a video clip, you can use recording software such as OBS, Bandicam or Medal
You can upload these clips on streaming platforms such as YouTube, Imgur or Streamable

For screenshots, you can use built-in tools such as Snipping Tool (Windows), Lightshot, or ShareX.
You can upload screenshots to image hosting platforms such as Imgur, ImgBB

Important Information

  • We only accept reports in which valid evidence is provided. Therefore, your evidence should be a full-screen capture screenshot and/or recording with scoreboard visibility.
  • If the reported person is nicked, include a /realname <player> in your evidence, or capture a secondary screenshot for this and submit it along.
  • If your video evidence is longer than 3 minutes, then you must provide timestamps. The staff member may even request it if not provided already. However if the request goes unnoticed for 48 hours max, the report will result in a denial.
  • Attempting to report someone with falsified evidence is a bannable offense.
