The server store is where you can purchase in-game Ranks, Gold, and other packages for JartexNetwork. This article shows you how the store works, along with the policies and information you should know before making a purchase

How to use the Store

Buying a package only takes a few steps:

1. Open the Server Store or type /buy while you're in-game.
2. Enter your Minecraft username to log in.
3. Browse the available categories and choose the package you'd like to purchase.
4. Add it to your cart and continue to checkout.
5. Complete the payment through Tebex. Your package will be delivered automatically once the payment has been processed.

Double check your username before checking out. Packages you're purchasing are delivered to the account you entered, and can't be transferred afterwards, unless you've purchased a Rank & Stats Transfer

Store Policies

Before making a purchase, keep the following in mind:

• Packages are delivered automatically after your payment has been processed.
• Delivery could vary depending on the payment method.
• Every purchase is permanently linked to the username you entered during checkout.
• Packages can not be transferred to another account unless you purchase the Ranks and Stats Transfer
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure. We can't recover purchases if you lose access to your account.

Refunds & Payment Support

All purchases made through our store are non-refundable.

If your package hasn't arrived, you've received the wrong delivery or you've run into another payment issue, create a Payment Support ticket, and we will gladly look into resolving it.
