Rename Tags Should Be Added To Rare Keys.

Hey, recently I wanted to rename sword but I had no rename tags.
So I had to vote but when voting I got Rare Keys which dont have Item Renames.
They can only be obtained with Vote keys which are not available right now.
I hope you add Rename Tags to Rare Keys as they are very useful at times.

You can get them from ultra keys to but +1 because item renames are so rare
