Outpost Bug in FACTIONS

please kindly check the /outpost in factions its already 2 hrs someone capture it but we tried to capture none of us can capture it please fix this thank you

Outpost is not like a koth, its permanent event, so u can have it capped up to 12hours until server auto reboots
