New Crop Help

The Factions update happened, and I'm not sure how each of the crops work. For example, I don't know if the orange crop is a tree. I also don't know what the final stages of each of the crops are. Can somebody help me?

at spawn there is an area where u can see all crops at full grown state in ur farm right click the top block of each fully grown crop to harvest
