mystery spawners crate does not work and special kit phantom (factions and kitpvp)

i bought 5 goldy keys and won some stuff, 2 of them where ''mystery sspawners crates'' and it says right click to use them, bu when i right click it does not work https://prnt.sc/lwm2wd (factions)

there is problem or a glitch on kitpvp i won ''special set phantom'' but nothing showed in my invent and i had empty inventory at that moment cuz i received 5 keys and did not want to lose anything
you can see in this screenshot https://prnt.sc/lwmntb i opened all 5 keys i won hero rank/chug pots/phantom and some other stuff and i started to ask ppl whats ''phantom'' cuz i did not get anything just what it said in chat, i know you can see full inventory, but it was after i won phantom, you can even see in chat i have scrolled up to take screenshot(ppl said to take screenshot of it and make post on forums) at first i thought its some kind of command but ppl said put it in invent and i did not understand what to put cuz it did not spawn in my inventory (kitpvp) pliss help

so idk what happen but i tried to open mystery spawners crates i was talking about and i right clicked them and this happen http://prntscr.com/lx6vh8 and other one aswell http://prntscr.com/lx6w2y and they are empty and nothing spawned in my invent i mined them and they turned into normal chests (and sorry i got 2 mystrey spawners crates from /gkit treasure )

if you turn of the badkion client and use a normal client i might work, I used a different client and i was lagging all the time

the thing is i'm not lagging all other ''crates i won worked'' only this 2 did not + if i do turn off badlion i won't open them, check screenshots up^^ i placed them on ground by right click and they turned as normal chests
