i just died to a trap on shop

ok so i died to a trap on shop the player who made it is called popatgodorwot and he made a netherite shop that u can buy for 800 money and when i clicked on it it made me to teleport to a falling trap and i lost all my loot i had the best diamond armor and really good diamond items and i had 150 levels and i had some shulker boxes and now i just wanna quit jartex i dont feel like playing anymore since that so im probly gonna quit unless the staff give my items back so goodbye for now

ooof man that hurts i did quit jartex survival since the last season cus sm person claimed my whole base smhow when i was offline it was the base that i built with my friend for like 3 mnths and it literally got looted and all even the chest whole base and everything was claimed :/ even tho i did claim it
and the staffs did nthing bout it

Hello notqrk ,

There's nothing to do except record next time so you will be able to get the player banned.
I doubt you will get your items back because it's due to a trap, Jartex doesn't do refunds like that.
