Help me factions glitch

So today i logged in factions and i went afk for a reason while I was flying on the spawners.When I returned i saw an iron golem on a block there.Then i hit the iron golem and my /f fly removed and my screen was snowing me the afk farm so i can't press the Click here.I got banned for 60 minutes then i joined the server and again the same.I got banned for 24hours please help and fix it.Thanks

hello this is Ree12van21 and i too have the a similar problem i was afk for some time and i glitch where i can't get myself out of afk and im stuck in one spot, so can you please tp me out of that position and get me out of afk mode so i continue playing factions
