help about ssn hero rank voucher dissapearing

help please so i was in kitpvp, im hero perm, i clicked on the voucher by mistake and it dissapear, its gone gone?

No not even asked if i wanted to confirm even tho the settings is active and work for everything else and not even a confirmation message like i didnt had it please look logs or smtg please its really annoying cuz im already hero so it couldnt put it on my cause its perm not even ssn that i am
