Bhop hacker in starter

So I was in PvP and I find this dude being annoying so I go to kill him, he gets on his gear and insta kills me. His nick is DeadPol124.. and he now has my pick. I'm 100% positive he bhop'd to kill me because I was in blackhat and he still iks me. Explanation?

forgot to include.. Kittylovers also is a bhop hacker... killed a gf with the gf easily.. staff needs to look into this

As others said above, you have to report people in a different section, make sure you have enough evidence so he can be banned.
