Anti-AFK Grinding Verification Bug

Hi, I am currently stuck and can't move, open my inventory, type in chat, basically I can't do anything because I'm stuck and can't move. I am stuck at my farm and when I was in water, I started to harvest my crops and the anti-afk grinding verification log poped up and now I'm stuck in water, can't move, can't do the verification because the log keeps poping up really fast. I tried starving myself which doesn't work because my faction has regen on and I'm basically stuck. Idk, mby a mod can /kill me to get me out or tp me out, but I really don't know what can I do to get out.
