pls how can y keep back my account ( yesterday y have buy a grade in faction )

Hello louisfrbg,

Jartex does not support the changing of your username, since all progress is stored on a specific username. As a temporary solution, you can download and use TLauncher to log in with your 1_poulet account, until you can change your name back again in 30 days.

Alternatively, if you want to keep your username, you can purchase a Rank & Minigames Stats Transfer from the JartexNetwork store.

Wait for 30 days and check whether it working or not. If it doesn't work then ask a staff what to do or create a new acc. Did u got any ranks on that acc?
