What's your username?

If it's Softmotion then you are not banned, you have to restart your router to play again

It is SoftMotion...M is capital and I tried through my phone and laptop...your website shown that ur ip is banned. If it is my mistake then sorry...I am also attaching a screenshot of ur website...

Oh you mean forums, join jartex discord server and ask staff about this issue since I never saw anyone facing it

It's just a IP conflict just restart your router as said above
