The Crafti Council

The Crafti Council is the official Discord community where players and the CraftiGames development team work together to help improve the network. It brings together members from both JartexNetwork and PikaNetwork to discuss updates, report issues, and share ideas that can help shape future content.

This article explains what the council is, what it's used for, and how new members are selected.

What is the Crafti Council

The council gives experienced community members a direct place to communicate with the development team.

Depending on what's currently being worked on, members may be invited to:

• Report bugs and technical issues.
• Share feedback on upcoming features or recent updates.
• Suggest ideas for future content and improvements.
• Take part in discussions related to their game modes.
• Chat and interact with other council members.

While council members can share suggestions and opinions, the final decisions on updates, features, and release schedules are always made by the development team.

Council Roles and Hierarchy

Every member has one or more roles that identify their responsibilities within the council.

Leadership

• Owners - Owners of CraftiGames
• Server Leads - Oversee the council and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Manager Responsible for staff management, moderation, player support, and community operations.

Development

• Game Producers - Oversees game development and works closely with the team to plan and deliver updates.
• Lead Developer - Leads the development of new features, updates, and major projects.
• Developer - They are the programmers of CraftiGames. Coding is their main job.
• Configurator - Configures gameplay content and works with developers to bring updates to life.
• Quality Assurance - Tests updates, reports issues, and helps ensure a polished player experience.
• Discord Developer - Develops and maintains Discord bots and other community tools
• Crafti-Help - Supports the development team with a variety of tasks across the network.

Community Management

• Server Staff - Experienced staff members selected to help manage the council.
• Gamemode Managers - Represents their game mode and acts as a bridge between players and developers.
• Events Managers - Plans and organizes community events across both networks.
• Media Manager - Leads the Media Team and oversees creator partnerships and media initiatives.
• Media Management - Assists with managing the Media Team, creator relations, and day-to-day operations.

Member Roles

• Council - Given to every council member.
• Staff - Identifies staff members from JartexNetwork and PikaNetwork.
• Pika & Jartex - Shows which network a council member represents.

Joining the Council

The Crafti Council does not have an application process.

Each council member can suggest nominees that they believe should be part of the council for their gamemode. The Game Producer will then allow other members of that gamemode to vote on the nominee. Finally, the Server Staff will invite the nominee if the votes show they should join (unless they have a very bad reputation)
