There is one thing i dont like about this server. How it has a rule where you arent able to cuss or use bad language but people still do it and nobody does anything about it.

Swearing is not disallowed.If swearing was a punishable behavior, half server population would be banned.

Swearing towards other players is not allowed, however swearing towards other players (not staff) is allowed in factions.

As NontSansy said, Swearing towards the players is allowed in factions, yet it is not allowed in any other game-mode. You can swear in any other game-mode as long as it is not towards a player.
