I use +10 player vault and I cant use it rn. It isnt working bc im unranked?

Hello Hyadeen,

If you don't have a rank and redeemed a +10 PlayerVault Voucher, you can't use it by using the command /pv, but you can open an enderchest if you have a playervault even if you're unranked, you need a rank to get permission on using /pv command.

And if it says that you doesn't have a pv even though you just claimed a voucher, It must be a bug, you can report it here -> Bug Report.
