Implement /f fly.

Almost all GOOD servers have /f fly. Make jartex great again so new players can fly in their claims. Keep /fly to fly elsewhere but it's kinda impossible to do anything in factions without /f fly. Thanks. Have a great day.

I agree, this will make new players stick to this server more. And if a faction from a different server wants to join jartex they wont have to deal with having no /fly.
