Banned for charge back

Hii there,

I got auto banned for a charge backed, I forget that was thing but I didnt want to take the money back.
I bought something as guest so I wanted to charge it back and after buy it again as my name (AltydNick)
Thats why I chargedback and now I'm banned can somebody help me?
