    If that is the case that it can make 3m in 30 mins then that is good however it requires your undivided attention while you can farm spawners. Either way you need spawners to increase f value in order to have a chance at f top

    I believe the time in between resets allow teams to expand and improve after playing constantly for a full map. The odds can always change with one raid so you shouldn't really give up unless you are arry

    I would personally recommend pig-men spawners/ blaze spawners for early game and with enough money progress to buying villagers.

    I would suggest starting a new faction and inviting him when he is unbanned. That or just wait till he makes an unban appeal and he gets unbanned.
